If you're having trouble connecting to Wi-Fi with your iPhone 6,we've got the troubleshooting guide for you.

Received the iPhone 6 from a customer, he descripted the fault is no WiFi. How to fix the problem?

After getting the iPhone 6 device, first we need to do is testing, it will get stuck when entering the setup page, then draw the shortcut from bottom to top, we find that WiFi won't turn on.

Disassemble the iPhone 6 and connect to DC power supply, we find that the current jump is normal, and there is no case of large current. After removing the motherboard and observe under the microscope, we find the iPhone 6 WiFi chip was replaced before.

Remove the WiFi chip and use Fluke 15B+ Digital Multimeter to measure the resistance of solder pad first, because the last repairman had replaced the WiFi chip, and there was no large current when booting, so it was initially judged that it was not the problem of the iPhone 6 WiFi chip. The 13 pin of the solder pad was measured infinite (normal resistance is more than 400V).

Through checking on WUXINJI schematic diagram, we find the signal passes through the resistance R0711 to the iPhone 6 CPU, and the resistance R0711 is found to have a resistance, and it seems not to be broken at the bottom of the CPU, now we connect jumper wire from the resistance R0711 to the WiFi's 13 pin. As shown in picture 15-1-1.

After that, install the chip to test, it is not good to use either, take off the chip and continue to measure the value of solder pad, it is found that the 36 pin of the solder pad is able to be measured with force.

It seems the problem is from this part. There is a test point in the middle of the 32K clock to iPhone 6 CPU. We choose to fly jumper wire directly from the test point.

Reinstall the chip and install to test. It will not stuck on stetting page. The WiFi signal is normal, repair is finished here!
